There's a new yarn on the scene and it's creating a fibre frenzy!
The 'Minerals' colour collection has been hand-painted with 12 colours!
'Moeraki', spun specially for Happy-Go-Knitty, is 50% alpaca/30% corriedale/20% nylon, a blend that dreams are made of. The super softness of alpaca, stitch memory of corriedale and a bit of nylon for the durability that sock knitters need. Combine that with the fabulous hand dying skills of Helene from Happy-Go-Knitty and the result is magic!
Knitters are desperate to get their hands on this yarn, but us Woolfeasters are in luck, because Happy-Go-Knitty is bringing some down to Christchurch for Summer Woolfeast 2017, woohoo! The Happy-Go-Knitty stand at Woolfeast is always a magnet for colour lovers and those of us that appreciate quality fibre blends. It's easy to find, at the front left corner of the central aisle of traders, just walk in the main door, look to the left and let the yarn fumes carry you towards those delicious Moeraki skeins.
